Equipped with a weight room, cardio equipment, and a yoga/fitness studio, our fitness center provides everything you’re looking for from a gym membership, including plans that give you access to the courts, pool, and more.
Indoor Courts
Great for anything from basketball and soccer to volleyball, pickleball, lacrosse and more. Contact us today to reserve practice space for your team. Courts are also available for use by fitness center members.
Pool
Our pool offers community swimming opportunities, and can be booked by local teams and clubs for use for practice and competition. Fully equipped with timing system, scoreboard, and touchpads.
Outdoor Turf Field
Our large turf field is designed for use by a variety of sports, and is available to book for this spring, summer and fall. Contact us to learn more.

Recovery Room
Designed to support a variety of wellness and recovery needs, this room will feature an ice bath, hydrotherapy bath, and infrared sauna.

Our largest court will soon have indoor turf installed, making it the perfect place to hold practice, games, and clinics for lacrosse, soccer, and more.
Members-only locker rooms w/infrared saunas
This space will provide members with a spacious locker room, showers, bathrooms, and sauna area, along with personal lockers, hair dryers etc.

Can my team rent space for practice, games, tournaments or training camps?
Yes, we currently have two indoor courts and an outdoor turf field available for short or long-term use. We are working on adding an indoor turf field. We are booking now, and space is filling up quickly, so contact us today to reserve your space.
Will community members be able to use the pool?
Absolutely. The pool will open in the next two weeks. We are still finalizing the pool schedule, so check back soon!
What are your hours?
We are open 6am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
